What is chiropractic?
Chiropractic is the study of structure as it relates to nervous system function. When a vertebra moves out of alignment (a subluxation), it can put pressure on the nervous system. Our focus is restoring proper alignment through specific, gentle adjustments.
Who do you see?
People of all ages, from infants to seniors. Care for infants is very gentle. For kids through older adults, we focus on restoring the body's ability to adapt and heal.
How often will I need to come in?
It depends on your health needs. Most patients start with corrective care, then move to maintenance and wellness visits that are spaced further apart. Your doctor will recommend a schedule after your first visit.
Do you take X-rays?
Only when they're needed. If your doctor recommends X-rays to better understand what's going on, we can take them right here in the office with our digital X-ray, so there's no separate appointment somewhere else. If you have recent X-rays from another office, bring them along.
Do you X-ray children or pregnant patients?
We don't take X-rays during pregnancy. We don't routinely X-ray children either; for a child, we only take X-rays when they're needed, for example to check an injury.
Do you work with insurance?
Yes, we work with insurance. Call (406) 493-6683 or text (406) 290-9181 with questions about your plan.
How do I book?
Book online any time through our booking page, call (406) 493-6683, or text (406) 290-9181.
Can I bring my dog or cat?
Yes. Dr. Davis sees dogs, cats and other small animals right here at the Missoula office. Call or text us to set up a visit.
If you'd rather he come to you, or you have horses or livestock, book a mobile visit through his animal practice, Legacy Animal Chiropractic.
